Sonographer

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Gen / Vasc Sonographer to join our team in Grand Island, NE. This position requires in-person work and offers a range of benefits including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Maximum Tax Free Housing / Meals Per Diems, and Maximum Tax Free Travel Allowance, $2800 / week for 40 hours, $2500 / week for 36 hours

Job Expectations :

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound equipment
• Utilize Doppler ultrasound to assess blood flow
• Ensure accurate coding of procedures
• Work with Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care

Schedule is either  Fri-Sun 0700-1930 (36 hours / week) or Mon-Thurs 0730-1800 (40 hours / week).

1. General job duties / types of procedures required :

Creating diagnostic images for radiologist to interpret, including but not limited to Abdomen, OB, Vascular, Breast and procedures.

2. Equipment utilized in the unit / department :

Juniper x 2. Sequoia x 1

3. Required skills, minimum years of experience, and / or education :

1 year of experience in a short-term acute care hospital required.

Must have experience scanning abdomen, pelvic, vascular, OB, and breast.

4. Required licensures, certificates / registrations, and / or life support certifications :

BLS - AHA or ARC

ARDMS-RDMS (AB) (OB)

ARDMS-RVT (VT)

5. Shift or schedule requirements :
