Job Description:
The Data Governance team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Lead (DML) join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Collibra and a proven track record in reviewing data needs assessments and governing data policies. This role is critical in ensuring that our data assets are effectively managed, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The base salary range for this position is $109,749 - $164,623, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.

- Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and enforce robust data governance policies that promote data integrity, compliance, and effective data asset management across the organization.
- Collibra Management: Spearhead Collibra-based initiatives, leveraging the platform's capabilities for workflow configuration, data cataloging, and stewardship to enhance data governance practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring effective communication of data needs and governance policies, while actively soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of data governance professionals, providing guidance on best practices, fostering a culture of data stewardship, and driving the successful execution of data management initiatives.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing Collibra-based projects and data governance initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Collibra, including workflow configuration
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct data needs assessments and develop data governance policies.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
