- SAP Data Migration Lead
- Standard skillset role: SAP data conversion lead must have:

Project management:
- lead and manage data-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide input on comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and project PMO
- Good to have:
- Data tools expertise: utilized Syniti and sap bods tools for data management, migration, and integration projects.
- Lead 2-3 data conversion projects
- Ability to provide technical guidance on best practices for using Syniti or sap bods tools.
- Experience level: desired onshore or nearshore. Ability to travel during key portions of the project such as mock conversions or go-lives
