What You Will Do In This Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Handle incoming calls from existing customers
- Support with upgrades or influence retention of customers
- Support sales transaction by advising customers on suitable products
- Explain product features and benefits
- Provide the best possible customer service
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Inside Sales Representative role include:
- High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of sales experience (e.g. products, services, and/or call center experience) with at least one year's experience with one employer preferred
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Background clearance and Drug test required
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
