Summary

If relocating, must be onsite on Day 1.
Hybrid work model - in office 3 days/week.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years in project management.
- Scrum Master experience with multiple teams.
- Proficient in Jira for project tracking.
- Familiar with 2-week sprint cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master for 2-3 agile teams.
- Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Facilitate scaled agile planning and represent the team in broader sessions.
- Experiment with various approaches to improve quality and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners for healthy backlogs.
- Coach the team on showcasing and celebrating achievements.
- Manage improvements and remove team impediments.
- Work with Product Owners for roadmap and delivery guidance.
- Use lean-agile metrics for team maturity assessments.
- Support team with agile tools like Jira and DevOps practices.
- Promote agile standards and best practices for collaboration.
