We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint configuration, setup, and the creation of apps and dashboards. This role requires expertise in integrating SharePoint with Teams and Finance systems for reporting purposes. The candidate will also be responsible for automating workflows using Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and set up SharePoint environments tailored to business needs.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint apps and dashboards for improved data visualization and accessibility.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams and existing Finance systems to streamline communication and reporting.
- Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
- Conduct frequent demonstrations to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments during the development and deployment phases.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of SharePoint and related tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SharePoint configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint apps, dashboards, and integration with Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Finance system integrations and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills for requirement gathering and feedback sessions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
