Summary:
Looking for individuals who can work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska. (Hybrid - In office 3-4 days a week). If non-local, must be willing to relocate and be onsite on day 1.
Experience : SME LEVEL, 12- 15 Years of experience in SAP Security and GRC.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security solutions within SAP environments, utilizing expertise in SAP architecture, role management, access control, and authorization objects.
- Collaborate with the SAP BASIS and development teams to ensure timely implementation of patches and conduct security testing for code deployments.
- Monitor and enforce SOX controls as they pertain to SAP security and GRC.
- Understand and apply security policies, document processes and incidents, and ensure robust security controls are in place.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to achieve high-quality deliverables.
- Foster a culture of delivering projects with a "first time right" mindset and zero defects in production.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address security challenges.
- Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring clear and concise information sharing.
- Apply knowledge of Agile development methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Must have:
- Previous experience in sap security design and architecture and basis or development role.
- Proficient understanding of sap systems, identity management, auditing tools, modules, and their integration points to effectively manage and control user access working and security knowledge tied to sap vulnerability assessment and management, system monitoring, SIEM and threat management, masking, encryption.
- Working knowledge of sod (segregation of duties) analysis, sensitive transactions analysis, sap development (includes ABAP), sap modules, solution manager and transport system, basis component, NetWeaver, sap-Gui, and portals.
- Understanding of RFC connections, Fiori and work zone security for top-down business role and design.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, frameworks and data protection laws to ensure compliance with the organization’s information security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
