Ability to be hybrid in Atlanta, GA (three days onsite)

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios and business cases to ensure product functionality meets user preferences and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to analyze complex requirements and ensure all specifications are fully understood and incorporated into testing.
• Design, develop, and run UAT test cases to validate new implementations and system changes.
• Identify necessary data for testing, analyze test results, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning as well as Post Production Validation (PPV) planning, design, and execution leading up to, and following the actual deployment date.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UAT Tester or in a similar QA role with a strong focus on end-user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, including experience in designing test scripts and scenarios.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, ready to work in cross-functional teams.
