Position Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key operational role in supporting our advisors and helping ensure every client experience is thoughtful, seamless, and personal. You'll handle essential tasks like processing paperwork, coordinating with custodians, preparing reports, and maintaining up-to-date records. What You’ll Do
- Manage schedules, client communications, and meeting prep materials.
- Process client paperwork using digital tools and custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab).
- Conduct quality control on forms and submissions to ensure compliance.
- Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth setup experience.
- Prepare materials for client meetings in collaboration with advisors.
- Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing account servicing.
- Attend internal prep meetings with a detail-focused approach.
What You Bring
- Exceptional organization skills and comfort juggling multiple tasks with ease.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal—clear, professional, and client-friendly.
- Attention to detail, especially in reviewing paperwork and data input.
- Experience with financial operations—account setups, transfers, or service requests through platforms like Schwab is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRMs and financial planning tools (eMoney, Orion, e-signature platforms) is a plus.
- An understanding of compliance basics, with a desire to learn more about regulatory best practices is a plus.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in a client support or operations role.
- Prior experience supporting financial advisors or working with high-net-worth clients is beneficial.
