What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at Concept Assembly Solutions?
Job Summary:
To perform daily assembly operations as assigned by the Assembly Supervisor using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow detailed assembly procedures, gather parts, sub-assemblies, tools and materials.
Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per CAS Quality System.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Assembly Supervisor.
Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Keep equipment operational by completing daily preventative maintenance requirements, following supervisor instructions or troubleshooting malfunctions.
Provide job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Other duties as assigned by Assembly Supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity for repeatedly assembling small parts.
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills. (High school diploma or equivalent.)
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hand or arms length.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move 10-30 lbs
Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
