OVERVIEW
Concept Attractions is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to work in our stores and at our attractions. These include Wizard Quest, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Oodlesmack Popcorn, The Point, and more!
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience while promoting our products and attractions.
DUTIES
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in-person, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Process transactions using a cash register, ensuring accuracy in handling cash and credit card payments.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate items.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Nerd cred is a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
