What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk/Customer Service Representative position at Concept Metals Fabrication?
The Accounting Clerk / Customer Service Representative will be involved in multiple areas of the organization from data entry to customer interaction. The ideal candidate would have past accounting experience along with data entry and administrative history. Accounting experience is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed due to the amount of day to day contact with customers.
Full Time Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm M-F
Responsibilities:
-Answering customer phone calls and emails regarding current production schedules
-Accurately, gather and input data from customer’s emails into in house ERP system
-Scan and print files as needed
-Generate reports and transpose data into useful information for management
-Assist in Accounts receivable and account payable duties
Requirements:
-Previous experience in data entry role / office setting
-Associates degree
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Capable of quickly and accurately entering in data, manufacturing knowledge a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
