Production Associate

Responsibilities:

·            Create, revise, and maintain purchase orders

·            Communicate and follow up with overseas vendors on a daily basis

·            Assist in item setup, data entry and maintenance of various reports

·            Track PP samples, TOP samples, testing and inspection status weekly

·            Perform daily tracking of goods on order, work in progress (WIP) and in-transit reports etc.

·          Communicate cross-functionally for all orders

·            Order packaging and packing materials for purchase orders where needed

·            Liaise with internal teams (design, sales, shipping, warehouse, etc.)

Ensure all actions of a project are made in time to meet the production schedule deadlines

·            Manage administrative tasks related to purchase orders and product lifecycle

·            Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·            BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred

·            Computer proficiency with MS Office: Superior Excel Skills

·            Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail

·            Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented and meticulous

·            Excellent time management/project skills

·            Goal oriented with the ability to stay focused on creating winning results

·            Superior written and verbal (English) communication skills

·            Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
