Concept Plus is seeking a Telecommunications Manager for a Federal project
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Telecommunications Manager will lead a small team to operate, maintain, and enhance a secure network infrastructure for all client locations including Local Area Networks (LANs) and an enterprise Wide Area Network (WAN).
- Specifically, lead a team to perform the following functions:
- Infrastructure Installations
- Network operations inclusive of WAN and LAN for all Government project locations
- Physical security design, installation and maintenance, inclusive of video surveillance and physical access control.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ IT operations management experience
- Seven (7) years’ experience managing IT professionals
- Demonstrated experience to make strategic and tactical decisions that support current state network operations and future network service enhancements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience designing/maintaining enterprise LANs/WAN
- Minimum 7 years’ experience supporting Windows Server production environment
- Minimum 7 years’ experience managing production Storage Area Network
- Minimum 7 years’ experience Project Management
- Experience with Federal Telecommunications services contracts
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with telecommunications infrastructure components and operation – Layer 1 through Layer 3
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with centralized computing infrastructure, specifically Citrix XenApp, Windows Server, VMWare, MS Active Directory, Exchange and scripting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Voice-Over-IP technologies including voice gateways, gatekeepers, Unified Communications Manager, Unity/Unified messaging.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing IP based physical security projects.
- PMP, CCIE or CCNP/CCVP/CCDA, MCSE certifications preferred
