Job description
Well-established property management company is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic cleaner to help keep all of our properties looking their best. This will include both indoor and outdoor cleaning at a variety of locations. This is a great job for someone with cleaning experience who also enjoys working independently and likes variety! The perfect match would be someone with a great attitude and great work ethic. Concept Property Management is a successful, growing company with a lot of room for growth! We work hard, but we laugh hard, as well.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Following a weekly/monthly cleaning schedule for various apartment communities.
- Thorough cleaning of the interior of common areas of apartment communities.
- Thorough cleaning of grounds (picking up trash, etc).
- May eventually include other tasks like small maintenance repairs, touch-up painting, help with removal of larger "trash" items, vacant apartment cleaning, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to use own car for transportation between properties (gas stipend included as a benefit).
- Must be physically able to bend, reach, use step ladder, and occasionally carry reasonably heavy objects.
- Must be able to work independently without straying from schedule.
- Must possess great customer service skills as you will likely run into our tenants on a regular basis.
- Must be able to use smart phone device for reporting purposes (photos, sending updates, etc).
