Job Responsibilities :

  • Complete and manage MDS assessments per regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy in clinical documentation to support reimbursement and care planning
  • Work closely with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to optimize resident outcomes
  • Monitor quality measures and compliance with federal and state regulations

    • Qualifications :

  • Active RN or LPN license in Ohio
  • Experience with MDS, RAI process, and LTC reimbursement
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
