What we are looking for:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in program/project management for large-scale software development & implementation projects.
- Experience managing offshore and multi-location teams (preferably India-based development teams).
- Strong track record in handling enterprise-level client engagements.
Technical & Methodology Expertise:
- Strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Leadership & Communication:
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate at executive levels.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving programme success.
- Ability to handle cultural and time zone differences effectively.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Experience in contract management and vendor negotiations.
- Strong background in budget control, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
The following would be an advantage:
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, or ITIL.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, or government).
- Exposure to enterprise software platforms, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- ESG Initiatives and systems – Carbon footprint management & improvement
- Sound understanding of management systems
- Sound understanding of HSE legislative requirements
- Awareness of compliance and legal
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones to coordinate with offshore teams.
