What are the responsibilities and job description for the UAS System Engineer / Project Manager (Remote) position at Concepts Beyond, LLC?
Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on UAS / UAS Traffic Management (UTM) / Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) concepts, develop Concepts of Operations, identify challenges, and advise on advancing the maturity of these concepts and their integration into the National Airspace System (NAS) and international community.
Develop white papers, working papers, reports, and other technical documents to support standardization and international adoption with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
Critically assess UAS/UTM/AAM/ATM concepts and technologies against goals, budget, and schedule to determine the best options and approach.
Apply understanding of NextGen ATM concepts and the NAS to assess technical requirements & issues and coordinate to ensure resolution.
Lead meetings and conduct briefings with stakeholders, SMEs, vendors to manage scope, expectations, messaging, and successful performance of project.
Develop program management plans, budgets, cost estimates, Statements of Work (SOW).
Manage overall project deliverables, schedule, and financials.
