Description
Concern Housing is seeking a Program Director to be responsible for all aspects of the CR-SRO Program development and operations, as well as compliance with state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
- Oversight of day-to-day operations and staff scheduling of CR-SRO building, including supervision of the Program Supervisor, Service Coordinators, Counselors, Medication Manager and all other positions, as necessary. On site supervision of administrative assistant and maintenance staff.
- Full administration of personnel (including hiring; weekly individual / group supervision; disciplinary action; monthly staff meetings)
- Oversee all intake procedures, including screening of applicants and monthly outcome reporting to HRA and DHS. Maintain program occupancy rates (>
95%).
Salary : $80,000
Position Requirements
Masters Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or other related field. Minimum of five (5) years experience working in a residential setting with similar populations. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or training.
