CONCERN is a non-profit human services organization dedicated to providing child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health services to children and their families. We are seeking a full time caseworker to join us on our mission in serving the community in Bradford, Tioga, and Potter counties. The ideal candidate will thrive in environments where no two days are the same, have great organizational skills, and a passion for helping children, youth, and families.
While reporting to the program supervisor, you will work closely with the county agencies to ensure that clients enrolled in the community based program receive services identified to prevent out-of-home placement for children or aid in the reunification process for children and their families.
What Do I Need?
Education and Experience
High School diploma and five years of experience in the child services field working with children and families (Required)
Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field and two years of related experience and / or training (Preferred)
Fluency in speaking Spanish (Preferred)
Other Requirements
- You will maintain all required clearances.
- You will maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- You will demonstrate excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- You will have the ability to use standard office equipment.
- You will abide by all requirements of HIPAA regulations.

Includes nights, evenings, weekends.
