Role Summary
ConcertAI’s Commercial Solutions team is seeking an innovative and dynamic Vice President, of Product Management for Commercial Platforms with expertise in Generative AI, AI/NLP, and healthcare data platforms to lead product strategy, development, and client engagement. This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge technical product management and client-facing responsibilities, driving the evolution of transformative AI solutions that leverage PHI and non-PHI data to address real-world healthcare challenges.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for AI-driven platforms, ensuring alignment with ConcertAI’s business objectives.
- Identify market trends, client needs, and innovative use cases for Generative AI and AI/NLP technologies in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
- Lead the product incubation process, guiding products from concept through development to successful launch.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges, and translating their needs into actionable product requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure the product roadmap aligns with real-world applications and delivers measurable value.
- Support business development efforts by presenting product vision and capabilities in client engagements and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Formalize product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and release notes, to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Build scalable and secure solutions that leverage PHI and non-PHI data while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Define and execute GTM strategies, ensuring products are effectively positioned and marketed to target clients and industries.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop training, sales enablement materials, and client onboarding programs.
- Track and measure product performance post-launch to inform continuous improvement and iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline); MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10 years of product management experience, including roles in technical product management and leadership positions, with a focus on AI enabled SaaS platforms
- Deep understanding of healthcare data (PHI and non-PHI), including claims and specialty pharmacy data.
- Proven success in taking products from concept to market, delivering high-impact solutions that address complex client challenges for Pharmaceutical clients
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI/NLP technologies, and their applications in healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong ability to engage with clients, understand their business needs, and translate them into product strategy and deliverables.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver on ambitious goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience formalizing product documents and delivering presentations to executive audiences.
