We are currently in search of an experienced OMHC Medical Director for our Eastern Region, covering a market that consists of Baltimore and Elkton locations. The Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) Director at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries (“Kolmac” or the “Company”) will provide administrative oversight, leadership, and vision to the OMHC services provided at the three Concerted Care Group (CCG) locations.
In collaboration with leadership, the OMHC Medical Director provides leadership and support for all services delivered in the Outpatient Mental Health Center and assumes primary responsibility for the quality and compliance of Psychiatric care delivery.
Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Direct Care
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
- Oversee psychopharmacological interventions for patients with co-occurring disorders
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and referrals as needed
- Supervise and mentor members of the allied healthcare team (PMHNPs, Therapists, Counselors, Techs)
- Ensure adequate documentation of charting and reporting to ensure compliance and quality care
- Ensure programmatic goals for service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality of care, and quantity of services

We Offer
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75 an hour to $85 an hour. Factors such as, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
