Supply Clerk

Summary/Objective

Concerto is seeking a Supply Clerk to join its team! The Supply Clerk assists the Director of Logistics in purchasing, inventory control, project management and budget for all facilities.

Essential Functions

• Manage inventory at different facilities
• Distribute inventory to facilities
• Accept and input deliveries into system
• Organize and maintain supply room
• Provide a full list of product orders (sales order) and monitor inventory and par level of supplies in all Concerto facilities.
• Cover as a supply clerk if Logistics Main Clerks are out on leave

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the lifting and positioning of equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods, reach, and bend regularly are required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer skills

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution or warehouse preferred
• Purchasing experience preferred
• Must be able to life 40-50 pounds
• Must be able to drive an 18'-26' truck
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
• Must have a valid Class C license
• Must be able to travel to multiple facilities
