Required Qualifications:
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by client's company for this position now or in the future
- Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
- 3 plus years of related experience
- Experience and/or understanding with Storage and Backup technologies including NAS, SAN, FC, Object/S3, Snapshots
- WAN / LAN network technologies
- General understanding of SAN and NAS migration methodologies including NDM, LVM, and DataDobi (or similar data movement tool)
- General understanding of host operating systems including AIX, AS400, Linux, Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022, VMware, Oracle DB and Microsoft SQL database offerings, and Microsoft Server Infrastructure including Windows server, Active Directory, DNS
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to apply them in a collaborative manner
- Experience with automation technologies such as Ansible or Terraform
- Experience with Storage auditing and practices in AWS and Azure
- Understanding of Object technologies such as HDS and Pure FlashBlade
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize complex tasks and shift priorities in constantly changing conditions
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, and meet demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Able to work with others effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to various audiences with clarity and confidence
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and best practices
- Must be self motivated, driven for success, and carry a desire for personal and corporate growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
