Automotive parts store is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Professional. Must have 1 years automotive parts experience. We need a positive, self motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 to 6.
Duties include:
Customer Service – assist all customers with product needs
Catalog parts lookup – operate computer and paper cataloging systems
Answering phones – maintain a professional friendly attitude with customers
Handling cash/credit card payments
Order entry – process incoming orders accurately
Organizing deliveries – converse with drivers on customer needs for quick accurate delivery.
Prepare orders – accurately pull, box and label orders for out of town deliveries.
