Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including, buffing, and detailing vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and repairs as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs.
- Lift heavy components safely and efficiently during the repair process.
- Assess damage and provide accurate auto estimating for repair costs.
- Apply airless paint spraying techniques for vehicle finishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto body repair with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- Proficiency in buffing processes.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Experience with auto estimating is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of airless paint spraying is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
