Responsibilities:
- Resident Engagement & Relations:
- Assist in developing and implementing engaging social programs and activities tailored to resident interests.
- Provide support during resident events, outings, and social gatherings.
- Assist in facilitating resident communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Help build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Assist in resolving minor resident concerns or issues.
- Community Development & Outreach:
- Assist in building and strengthening relationships with local community organizations and resources.
- Support the development of community partnerships and volunteer programs.
- Assist in planning and executing community events and outreach initiatives.
- Help create and distribute promotional materials for community events and programs.
- Assist in the creation of a volunteer program.
- Program Development & Support:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of resident participation and program outcomes.
- Assist in gathering resident feedback to improve current programs.
