Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a positive attitude, offer refreshments, and engage in friendly conversation.
- Ensure patients are promptly seen and do not wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting area.
- Maintain and update patient information, including insurance details, personal contact info, and medical history.
- Take care of scanning and filing patient documents, such as insurance cards and ID photos.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with patients via phone, email, or other methods.
- Ensure patient data is securely stored and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Assist with general office maintenance, including keeping the waiting area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in customer service or a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and patient scheduling processes is preferred.
