Clinical Director – Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati

Location: Mariemont, Ohio (with flexibility to Kenwood & Mason offices)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Director to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring smooth practice management while maintaining our high standards of patient care. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage staff, optimize workflows, and step in as needed to support clinical and front desk duties.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Administrative Leadership

· Manage and oversee clinical and administrative staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Create and maintain clinical schedules, optimizing provider and staff efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and administrative concerns, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for master accounts (Epic Care Links, Labcorp, CovermyMeds…etc.)
  • Serve as primary liaison for all industry and pharma reps (products, testing, services)

Staffing, Training & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees, ensuring alignment with practice values and protocols.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and team cohesion.

Patient Care & Operational Support

  • Step in to perform Medical Assistant duties as needed, including patient intake, vitals, phlebotomy, and assisting providers with procedures.
  • Cover front desk responsibilities when necessary, including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and handling inquiries.
  • Ensure excellent patient experience by maintaining a warm, professional, and efficient practice environment.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and practice policies.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor and improve workflow efficiencies to enhance patient and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required:
  • Clinical background (Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN preferred).
  • or outpatient setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and step into various roles when needed.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on patient experience.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in concierge healthcare settings.
  • Experience with Athena Health EMR

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
