Job Summary:
Concierge Physical Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Exercise Specialist to join our team! This role is essential in supporting our Physical Therapists and enhancing the patient experience. The Exercise Specialist will guide patients through their prescribed exercise routines, maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, and assist with administrative tasks such as light scheduling and some patient check-in. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Exercise Assistance: Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs, ensuring proper form, safety, and effective progression.
- Clinic Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean and organized by sanitizing equipment, treatment tables, and common areas to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Therapist Support: Assist Physical Therapists with patient flow, equipment setup, and hands-on support where appropriate.
- Administrative Duties: Welcome and at times check in patients, answer phone calls in down time, occasionally schedule appointments, and handle basic inquiries as needed.
- Patient Communication: Provide encouragement and motivation to patients as they work through their treatment programs, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Documentation: Assist with basic record-keeping tasks as directed by therapists to maintain accurate patient files and notes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced clinic setting.
- Basic computer skills for patient check-in and scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.22 - $20.54 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
