We are looking for a Full Time Front Desk Administrator t to meet and greet patients/ clients, manage schedules of providers, provide insurance benefits and eligibility information to prospective patients, with confidence in the medical benefits and insurance field. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins efficiently.
- Verify insurance information and handle medical collections as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Answer multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth outpatient operations and enhance patient service.
