Marketing Manager/Broker Assistant
Position Description
Concierge Realty Group is a high-end boutique real estate sales office located in Claremont, CA. We are run by two seasoned real estate veterans with over 40 years of combined experience. We aim to provide the highest level of service to our clients, and maintain a reputation of honesty, integrity, and the utmost in quality.
The Marketing Manager primary responsibilities include:
- Managing social media pages for the office and team Ryan and Mason
- Creating a content calendar and coming up with & implementing content to post.
- Creating and ordering property brochures, Just Listed/Just Sold postcards
- Creating property descriptions for listings
- Creating/designing the company annual magazine
- Capturing 3D Tours of properties
- Other various marketing duties as required
- Occasional real estate assistant tasks as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Experience and proficiency with Apple products, including apple computers, iCloud, Pages, and Numbers.
- Experience and understanding of Canva software
- Comfortability, proficiency and creativity with various social media platforms.
- Demonstrable design skills and/or experience
- An understanding of the local community and surrounding areas
- Creativity in language and a good eye for details and quality
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new computer software
- Strength with organizational skills and strict attention to detail
- An overall “happy” and personable demeanor.
This is a 40 hour/week position with the potential for more hours in the future. There can be flexibility for occasional circumstances as they come up, as well as occasional need for a couple hours here and there on the occasional open house weekend. Starting pay is between $22-$24/hour, paid every two weeks. Benefits include paid vacation time and opportunity to participate in the company 401(k) plan.
