Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and vendor accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate coding of expenses and proper allocation of funds.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, , and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
