Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing incoming files, managing the flow of data, and ensuring accurate and timely data processing. This role involves working heavily with Excel and other data management tools to support business operations. Familiarity with payroll data and payroll systems would be a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming data files and manage data flow efficiently.
- Perform data validation, cleanup, and analysis using Excel and other tools.
- Develop and maintain Excel reports, charts, and dashboards to visualize data insights.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data integration and delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Meet deadlines for delivering accurate data and reports.
- Provide support to stakeholders with data requests and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data management.
- Experience working with payroll data and knowledge of payroll systems is a plus.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data processing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis tools).
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of database management is a plus (e.g., SQL).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues quickly and calmly.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity.

Pay: $64,127.00 - $69,560.00 per year
