Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team as a Concierge Third Party Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of various projects, ensuring effective communication and thorough documentation throughout the process. This role is essential in delivering top-notch concierge services to our clients while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple concierge projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to facilitate clear communication among team members and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, providing regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain effective communication strategies to ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, meeting notes, service agreements, and client feedback.
- Identify potential risks and challenges within projects, developing proactive solutions to mitigate issues before they arise.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring productive discussions and timely decision-making while documenting outcomes and action items.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align project objectives with client needs and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a concierge services or third-party administration context.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and documentation software (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Office).
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
