Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Complete in person business sales process
- Educate and present the customer with information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or concerns and provide creative solution options to fit their specific needs
- Document your experience with the customer so we can analyze data for future market research
- Through our training program, develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, go-getter attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Customer service and customer acquisition experience
- Team player mindset, adapts well to new situations, and is self-motivated
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
