Position Summary
The Fleet / DOT Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Fleet and DOT needs in a specific location(s). Includes maintaining DOT program per Federal Regulations and coordination of Conco Fleet to include tracking of titles, registrations, inspections and maintenance of all fleet assets for a specific location(s).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Maintaining Drivers files ensure all files are current and getting updated material from personnel.
Maintaining Vehicle files ensure all vehicles have a file and that all information is current. This includes Registration, Inspection and Maintenance records
Tracking Vehicle Maintenance work with maintenance department to make sure vehicles get to them for maintenance and keep records of it.
DOT Drug testing Program ensure all drivers stay compliant with random tests.
Motive Implementation Assist Drivers on operation of App, ensure all cameras are functioning, ensure pre and post trip inspections are handled and documented in motive correctly.
Vehicle Rentals work with operations department to track all rentals.
DOT Assistance learn the DOT regulations to give assistance and guidance to Conco drivers when needed. Ensure that all DOT inspections on vehicles and trailers are current. Attend DOT training courses when needed.
Organize Company Vehicles work with operations department to ensure all vehicles that are dispatched are compliant with DOT Regulations. Responsible to inspect all vehicles being dispatched from Gonzales for DOT violations.

Experience & Education
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.
Previous knowledge of federal regulations pertaining to drug and alcohol testing is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Must be authorized to work within the United States.
Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Previous experience in Fleet / DOT management is desired, but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
Light physical effort equals frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 35 lbs.
Frequent hand to finger, handling, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing.
Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon results)
