The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You’ll be a key member of the Finance organization, working with other members of the FP&A team to prepare financial projections for internal and external stakeholders, conduct value-added analysis on financial performance, track key performance indicators of the business, and work with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights for key business decisions. The Analyst is a valued member of a dynamic team within a rapidly growing company, with growth potential and high visibility and exposure to senior leaders.

 

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office, with a hybrid schedule. We are onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities

As our Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Assist in updating the company’s financial projection model, including analyzing various scenarios and business cases.
  • Monitor and analyze the company’s KPIs, and present reporting to senior personnel.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to assist in the annual company budgeting process.
  • Assist in code and production of reports or dashboards, with a focus on automation.
  • Develop, run, and update ad-hoc analyses for executive-level management, investors, and outside business partners.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the data's meaning, ensuring integrity in data and reports used for reporting and analysis.
  • Proactively streamline and automate financial processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with various levels of management throughout the organization including outside business partners, the operations team, and executive level management.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Computer-Related field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated skills in financial or data analysis.
  • Ability to construct financial models and company projections.
  • Quick learner with intellectual curiosity to understand a dynamic and complex business.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review work products is critical.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior executives.
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Financial Services companies is preferred, but not required.
  • SQL or Database skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with VBA in MS Office, but not required.
