Concora Credit is seeking an Office 365 Engineer to implement Office 365 solutions, including developing, modifying, and troubleshooting application, system administration, and network concerns and recommending enterprise wide enhancements.

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office; telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

As our Office 365 Engineer, you will:

• Implement Office 365 solutions, including developing, modifying, and troubleshooting application, system administration, and network concerns and recommending enterprise wide
• enhancements.
• Maintain the O365 environment, including conducting regular health and status checks, provide regular maintenance of Exchange On-Premise and Cloud environments.
• Manage the O365 activity by monitoring logs, usage activity, and statistics reports, determining best practices for updates, and troubleshooting software and hardware problems in order to provide a reliable end-user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Mail-flow, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance.
• Create scripts to monitor systems, diagnostics, resolve issues, and automate routine tasks.
• Monitor Microsoft Roadmap for upcoming changes in the environment and proactively implement change management to add, delay or remove services.
• Deploy advanced Microsoft O365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility.
• Protect the overall Concora Credit Inc. network through the administration of O365 security rules and policies.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders, IT, and other Support staff and coordinate with software vendors on resolution for any business-impacting problems.
• May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in a systems engineering or systems administration-related occupation.
• Alternatively, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience, will accept 7 years of experience in a systems engineering or systems administration-related occupation.
• Position requires 5 years of experience in the following skills and/or technologies:
  • Azure or Windows Active Directory;
  • PowerShell scripts;
  • Planning and deploying Exchange Server (2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, or 2013);
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server (2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, or 2019);
  • Backup and recovery (Quest RMAD, Windows Server Backup, Symantec Backup Exec. 12.5, or CA Brightstor ArcServe Backup); and
  • Incident management.

Pay Range: $133,500 to $140,000 per year
