As part of the Program Operations team, you will support the creation, approval, and management of all credit card collateral supporting our Co-brand, General Purpose and Private Label credit card programs. You will own and drive large-scale projects involving the communication of key changes to new and existing cardholder account terms, helping our customers Do More with Concora Credit. The individual in this role will be successful if they thrive in a fast-paced environment, are independent thinkers but enjoy leading and collaborating with groups and are constantly seeking to expand their knowledge.
This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office, with a hybrid schedule. We are onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
As our Sr. Collateral Manager, you will:
- Lead the charge for collateral management across the organization by defining and implementing best practices for document management to optimize efficiency and compliance
- Manage and optimize the system which houses the regulated customer communications and associated workflows
- Define opportunities to better manage and track all collateral, including identifying automation and AI tools that improve efficiency and quality
- Lead and mentor Product Coordinators in the creation and management of various collateral supporting Co-brand, General Purpose and Private Label Credit Card programs
- Leverage your industry knowledge to support the design and implementation of large-scale Change in Terms initiatives
- Act as the primary escalation point beyond the designated Product Coordinators for collateral-specific questions or findings from partners or other internal teams, escalating to Director of Program Operations when necessary
- Stay apprised of what the industry is doing relative to credit card collateral
- Identify training opportunities with internal team members, either within the Collateral Management function or across Program Operations teams to better support internal stakeholders and our account holders
- Report to Enterprise stakeholders regarding wins, issues, and continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in credit or financial services, with an emphasis in management of regulated customer communications, regulatory Terms and Conditions, Cardholder Agreements, Disclosures, and Marketing collateral
- 3 years of experience supporting and developing direct reports
- 3 years of experience with Document Management principles and systems
- A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex changes to large credit card programs
- A demonstrated understanding of Regulatory Compliance in the credit card and financial services industry preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions and leadership levels
