We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Sr. Manager to lead our Master Data team. You’ll be responsible for overall effectiveness and excellence in delivering trusted master data across Concora Credit. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our master data platform, servicing the needs of our users across the enterprise. You’ll manage a team of engineers onshore/offshore, and work with other IT and engineering functions in this role.
Key success measures of this role are delivering highly consistent and reliable master data strictly compliant with our Data Governance policies. Success in this role also includes the effectiveness of the delivered Master Data solutions—delivery velocity, their adoption across Concora Credit, and the overall quality of the solutions meeting business needs.
This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office, with a hybrid schedule. We are onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
As our Sr. Manager, Data, you will:
- Roadmap and Delivery: Develop and execute the overall MDM delivery strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and data governance policies.
- Platform Design and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Master data and Metadata solutions and their integration across Concora Credit
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage a team of MDM engineers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and ensure the MDM solution meets their requirements.
- Incident Management: Respond to any incidents related to the MDM platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in master data management, with expertise in Profisee or another leading cloud-based MDM platform.
- Deep understanding of MDM and metadata concepts, principles, and methodologies with strong data modeling and data integration skills.
- Prior experience with data governance tools like Purview and Databricks Unity Catalog
- Experience replacing legacy business processes with user-friendly workflows on the Master Data Platform.
- Proven track record of leading successful MDM implementations by leading and managing these projects from inception to production.
- Experience in delivering services in a fast-paced agile environment.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred.
