The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our enterprise Data & Analytics services and operations and QA function. The Data Ops Manager will be responsible for effectiveness and overall excellence in delivering trusted data, reporting and analytical services to our Customers and Business users across Concora Credit.
You will manage a team of data QA and support engineers onshore/offshore and work with other IT and engineering functions to support and render the highest-quality services from our data and analytics function. In addition, your team should focus on continuous improvement processes, with a focus on increasing our ability to support quicker and more reliable data-driven business decisions and outcomes.
Key success measures of this role would be delivering highly consistent and reliable services to our users strictly compliant or better than agreed SLAs in areas including, but not limited to, data latency, completeness, accuracy, and end-user service criteria. Success in this role also requires the ability to supervise and mentor a global team of Ops engineers to scale and support our users 24 x 7 in a cost-effective manner.
This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office, with a hybrid schedule. We are onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
As our Sr. Manager, Quality, you will:
- Manage day-to-day operations and support Enterprise Data Platform, Analytics, Reporting and associated systems
- Assume service ownership of SQL and Data Analytics production data environment and related release management processes.
- Manage data QA function within the org aligned with IT quality best practices and support our data-delivery build processes
- Ensure successful partnership and collaboration with various cross-functional teams like finance, business intelligence, digital product management, PMO, infrastructure, operations and other business teams.
- Manage operational relationships with 3rd party technology vendors
- Provides daily direction and directives to direct reports in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving company initiatives
- Collaboratively lead and develop technical standards and best practices for service support activities in production environments.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in operations support and/or service management of high-performance enterprise data, reporting, or analytics systems
- 5 years of proven leadership experience, coaching, developing, and engaging customer service and support teams.
- 5 years of experience and administrative and performance tuning proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Data Replication, and Cloud/SQL databases.
- Deep domain expertise in data warehouse, big data, and cloud technologies is strongly preferred.
- Strong familiarity and experience in the latest technologies handling PB-sized data systems – both structured and unstructured formats.
- Experience in delivering services in a fast-paced agile environment
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred
