Concord Chapel Animal Hospital in Grove City, Ohio is looking for an associate veterinarian who has a passion for providing exceptional care for “pets and their people”.
Concord Chapel Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital specializing in small animal medicine and surgery. We have a compassionate Team committed to providing the highest possible care to our clients and patients while maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere. Our hospital is growing, and we are looking for an associate veterinarian that is interested in growing with us and helping us reach our full potential.
Position Summary :
We are looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian who will provide comprehensive medical care to our patients. This includes examinations, wellness services, diagnostics, surgery, and dental procedures. You will work alongside our Team of caring professionals supported by modern equipment and cloud-based veterinary software, to provide exceptional patient care and educate clients so they can make informed decisions concerning the health of their furry family members.
Essential Responsibilities :
Perform thorough physical exams and diagnostics.
Develop and implement treatment plans for medical and surgical cases.
Provide routine preventative care, including wellness exams and vaccinations.
Perform soft tissue surgeries including spays, neuters, mass removals, etc.
Supervise dental procedures and perform dental extractions.
Communicate effectively to educate and discuss treatment plans with clients.
Work as a member of a Team to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
Work closely with the other veterinarians and the practice manager to maintain a positive team culture and help us continue to provide a high standard of care.
Qualifications :
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
DEA License in good standing.
Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask with a strong work ethic.
A commitment to high-quality patient care and client service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
