This position will support the Service Production Manager.
Tasks include:
· Scheduling work
· Dispatch assistance
· Data entry
· Create estimates
· Create purchase orders
· Communication with customers
· Communication with vendors
· Ordering materials and supplies
· Follow up with customers
· Communication with field technicians
· Various documentation procedures
Abilities and experience:
· Strong knowledge of construction, contracts, procurement, scheduling and terminology.
· Knowledge of project bid preparation and documentation.
· Knowledge of project submittals, orders, RFI, RFQ, and close-out procedures.
· Strong adaptive computer skills.
· Self-starter with urgency to perform in fast-paced environment.
· Bilingual preferred.
· Quickbooks experience a plus.
