Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health status and treatment needs.
- Provide a range of dental services including preventive care, restorative procedures, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and emergency care.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments performed.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Oversee the fabrication of dental appliances as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dentist in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and patient care standards.
- Experience in performing various dental procedures including prosthodontics, oral surgery, and medical imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- A valid dental license to practice in the relevant state.
