Concord Energy Services, a division of Concord Engineering Group, Inc., is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our energy advisory consulting and commodity procurement services in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a primary focus on Pennsylvania and the PJM region. The BDM will be responsible for expanding our client base across electricity and natural gas contracts, as well as value-added services such as utility bill auditing and demand response. This is a HUNTER role with access to national markets within PJM, NYISO, ERCOT and CALISO.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building :

• Identify and engage prospective clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Develop customized energy solutions for clients across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, data centers, and smaller businesses like restaurants and dry cleaners.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and secure renewals by delivering tailored solutions and superior service.
