What we need from you...
- Project Focused - You will attend weekly jobsite owner meetings. You will support the Project Team from startup to close out of the project. You will spend 2-3 days a week on the jobsite working closely with the Superintendent. You will manage the jobsite to cover paid time off and vacations.
- Detailed Orientated - You will review and approve all submittals and shop drawings prior to delivery to the project architect. You own all RFI's and Punchlist items. You will Assist the Project Manager with end of month financials, including timely processing of change orders, billings, receivables, forecasting, processing subcontractor pay applications, and status reporting in Procore
