Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine exposure to loss and make informed decisions about insurance coverage.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of insurance policies, guidelines, and philosophy to evaluate risks and make recommendations.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including agents, CSRs, and other insurance service organizations.
- Provide guidance to agents and CSRs on policy features, programs, and coverages.
- Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance, and provide outstanding service to internal and external customers with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrates sufficient knowledge of insurance coverage and risk selection.
