Summary
Under the general supervision of the Director, the manager is responsible for the daily management of the practice. This includes, but is not limited to operational, financial, clinical, performance improvement, program development, and customer relations and patient care outcomes. The manager is the primary resource person for staff. Responsibilities also include collaboration with other departments of the Hospital to assure development, promotion and maintenance of quality programs and services.
Education
Associates degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience or; Bachelors degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Certification, Registration & Licensure
Meets Licensure/Certification requirements per department and/or professional standards.
Experience
2 years progressive supervisory experience; demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team as well as be a team member.
