What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Banquet Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Banquet team, working closely with the Banquet Manager to deliver top-tier service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, inspiring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensuring every event runs smoothly, from setup to cleanup, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Greeting guests warmly, accommodating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
- Overseeing food and beverage service, assisting as needed to ensure seamless execution.
- Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.
- Training team members to master serving techniques for plated and reception-style meals (training provided).
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe environment at all times.
